Job Description

  • Sr. Developer, ServiceNow, ITAM, CMDB Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with ITAM and CMDB modules, including asset lifecycle management and configuration management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and Glide scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Write advanced scripts (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and experience integrating with external systems.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and ETL processes within ServiceNow.
  • Implement data normalization, reconciliation, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and reliable asset data.
  • Experience implementing integration with 3rd party tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML and APIs.
  • ServiceNow Expertise : ITAM, CMDB, 3rd party integration.
  • Certifications : Certified Application Developer (nice to have), CIS in ITAM (nice to have).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven approach to development.

Job Description

  • Discover, architect and design new modules that will replace or add to an existing system.
  • Understand existing system, identify missing gaps, highlight redundancy, shortcomings and build new applications or modules that are robust, efficient, more compliant and user friendly.
  • Implementation and development of entire Salesforce sales cloud from Awareness to Lead, Lead to Opportunity, quote, order management, fulfillment, implementation and support Integrate Salesforce internal applications to various third-party services through a reliable secure connection and ensure seamless, consistent interaction between them.
  • Develop products on the Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce and responsive User Interactive apps using Salesforce Lightning technology
  • Develop code for generating automatic reports for various activities like nightly integration jobs, error logs, test scripts, batch and scheduled apex jobs.
  • Develop test classes that ensure a build is at least 90% certified, before the application is being deployed to production actively involve and take ownership of continuous research and study on latest developments in the technology and leverage the same for the project.
  • Develop test classes that covers at least 90% of the development code and assert multiple scenarios for correctness.

 

Minimum Education requirement:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science and 24 months of experience as SOFTWARE DEVELOPER / SALESFORCE DEBEVELOPER.
